7. Google Tag Manager
This website uses the Google Tag Manager cookie to collect data on the website and forward it to the linked analysis tools. The Google Tag Manager itself does not store any personal data. Due to legitimate interests, we receive anonymous statistics from YouTube on the use and usage of the Page, which contain the following information:

  • Followers: Number of people who follow Toshiba - including growth and development over a defined time frame.
  • Reach: Number of people who see a specific post. Number of interactions on a post, from which it can be derived, among other things, which content is better received by the community than others.
  • Ad performance: How many people were reached and interacted with a post or paid ad.

Toshiba receives personal information through YouTube when you actively share it with us through a personal message on YouTube. We use your data (e.g. first name, last name, ...) to respond to your request, which is stored for this purpose.

Toshiba's Instagram page is a business profile and therefore has the Instagram Insights feature. This means that part of the data collected by Facebook during use is made available to us as a statistical evaluation in a targeted form. This statistical evaluation only relates to the users, content and activity on our Instagram page. The evaluation specifically includes the following data:

When using certain interactive features on Instagram, comments or likes are visible to other users and to Toshiba as the provider of the Instagram page. As a result, a direct user attribution can be made based on the personal data disclosed. Toshiba has no influence on interactive functionalities and visibility of comments, likes or other activities on the Toshiba Instagram site. Toshiba is therefore not a data controller in the sense of data protection law. If our Page or Channel offers a chat function, Toshiba will use your data when using the chat function in order to answer your query.
